PAYMENT METHODS
The Arvad Online store is ready to immediately accept online orders paid by bank transfer.
Place an order
To review the products that are available, visit the online product catalog. When you get to the product you want to purchase, click on “Add to Basket” and choose the quantity you want. When your basket has all the products you want to buy, please enter the requested customer data. Shipping information will be requested.
As soon as you make the payment and send the confirmation receipt to encomendas@arvad.pt, your order will be immediately processed. When your payment details are verified by the system, we will ship your order.
We do not make reservations. Failure to pay for the order within 24 hours implies its cancellation.
Prices
All prices on the website are in Euros.
The prices of the products ordered will be those of the website at the time of payment confirmation.
The sale of identical products in different establishments, at different prices, is the responsibility of traders. Arvad recommends the final price of its products to establishments, but it is up to them to set prices.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated on our website, except in the case of an evident error. While we make every effort to ensure that the prices posted on the website are correct, there may always be errors. If we discover an error in the price we will inform the Customer and give him the option to confirm his order with the correct price or cancel it. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, we will consider the order as canceled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
PRODUCTS´ AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of difficulties in supplying products, or if stocks of a product are exhausted, we reserve the right to provide the customer with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value, which the customer may order. If the Customer chooses not to order the replacement products, we will refund any amount paid by the customer in connection with the missing products.
Refusal to Process an Order
We reserve the right to remove any product from this Website at any time, and to delete or modify any material or content on it. Although we make every possible effort to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may occur that lead us not process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, reserving the right to do so at any time.
We will not be responsible to the customer or any third party for removing any product from this website for the elimination or modification of any material or content on the website, or for not processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation.
